First check your junk mail folder. Can't find anything there? Feel free to send us an email, and we will check whether your order was received correctly and resend the confirmation.

Did you accidentally enter the wrong delivery address? Then contact our customer service by e-mail as soon as possible. If your order has not yet been sent, we can change the address for you. If the package is already on its way, we depend on the carrier and unfortunately cannot make any changes.

In some cases, cancellation is possible. As long as your order has not yet been sent, our customer service can check for you whether cancellation is still possible. Therefore, contact us as soon as possible.
Shipping & Delivery

Orders are usually shipped within 1–2 working days. During sales periods or when new items are launched, processing may take a little longer. Once your order has been shipped, you will always receive a tracking code to follow your package.

When you add a pre-order item to your order, this affects the delivery time of your entire order. This means that all items will be shipped together once the pre-order product is in stock.
The average delivery time for a pre-order is about two weeks. The expected shipping date is always clearly stated on the product page of the respective pre-order item, so you know in advance when your order will be shipped.
Once your order has been shipped, you will automatically receive a shipping confirmation with tracking.

Returns

Yes, you can return your order up to 30 days after receipt, provided the item is unworn and undamaged.

Register your return through our return portal. Enter your order number and the email address you used when placing your order, then follow the steps.

Yes, that is possible. You may return items from multiple orders together in one package. Please include a note with your name, email address, order number(s), and address, so our returns team can process your return quickly and correctly.

No, online orders can only be returned through our return portal and not in the shop.

No, items purchased in the shop can be returned only in that same shop.

Repayment & Refunds

As soon as we have received and processed your return, we will refund the amount within 14 days using the same payment method.

Request a payment deferral from Klarna if needed or pay in advance. Klarna operates independently from Meet Me There and we are not responsible for their payment terms. Once your return has been processed by us, the amount will be automatically adjusted or refunded.
Defective items & Warranty

Has your item arrived damaged or faulty? Then send us an email within 72 hours of receipt with a clear photo of the problem. We will then look together for a suitable solution.

We offer a 3 months guarantee on all our products, starting from the date of purchase. This covers manufacturing defects, but not damage caused by improper use.
