You can exchange your unworn purchase for something else or get your money back within 14 days in-store, as long as you have the receipt and tags. Without a receipt, we can’t accept returns. Please note: you can only return an in-store purchase at the specific store (location) where you bought it. Online returns of in-store purchases aren’t possible.
If your purchase turns out to be damaged due to a manufacturing fault, you can exchange it in-store for the same product. Unfortunately, our online shop isn’t able to help with this.
The in-store price applies in-store, even if it differs from the price in our online shop.
It’s not possible to return online purchases at any of our stores.
