We're looking for an enthusiastic store manager for our Utrecht store. You're a natural leader with an eye for detail, a flair for fashion, and strong organizational skills. With your leadership skills, you'll ensure the store runs smoothly, employees are motivated, and targets are met. You'll be ultimately responsible for the shop floor and ensure an optimal shopping experience and maximum results.
Activities:
- Leading the day start and directing the team on the floor
- Monitoring the execution of the correct service.
- Inventory management: checking incoming deliveries
- Schedule management: drawing up, adjusting and maintaining work schedules
- Analyze sales results and translate them into concrete actions
- Identify commercial opportunities on the shop floor and act immediately
- Writing off defects, maintaining the B-choice list and registering staff dress
- Performing random samples and following up on stock differences
- Conducting performance and progress reviews
- Regular contact with the head office regarding shopping matters and HR-related matters
Job requirements:- Experience as a manager in retail at least 1 year (fashion is a plus)
- Strong commercial insight: you see opportunities and know how to convert them into results
- A motivational leadership style: you get the best out of your team
- Organizational talent and a proactive attitude
- Solution-oriented, stress-resistant and flexible
- You keep an overview, even during busy times, and you can multitask well
- Good communication and social skills

- You are available four or five days a week (with five days being our preference)
