Your role
As a Sales Assistant, you are the first point of contact for our customers and ensure a welcoming, professional, and inspiring shopping experience. You support the team with daily tasks and contribute to achieving commercial goals.

What you will do

• Welcome customers and advise them about our collections
• Assist in setting up the store and checking the presentation
• Check incoming deliveries and manage inventory
• Support the team with daily tasks
• Handle payments and cash register administration
• Identify commercial opportunities on the sales floor

You are

• At least MBO level of work and thinking
• Customer-oriented, enthusiastic, and presentable
• Passionate about fashion
• Flexible, stress-resistant, and a true team player
• Proactive, communicative, and solution-oriented
• Available at least 2 days per week, with Saturday mandatory
• Living in the Utrecht region

Your role

As Store Manager, you are ultimately responsible for the sales floor in Ghent. You ensure everything runs smoothly, employees stay motivated, and goals are achieved. With your commercial insight and leadership skills, you translate sales results into concrete actions and create an inspiring shopping experience for our customers.

What you will do

• Lead the daily start and manage the team on the sales floor
• Monitor the delivery of proper service
• Inventory management: check incoming deliveries
• Schedule management: create, adjust, and maintain work schedules
• Analyze sales results and translate them into concrete actions
• Identify commercial opportunities on the floor and act immediately
• Write off defects, maintain the B-choice list, and register staff dress
• Conduct spot checks and follow up on inventory discrepancies
• Conduct performance and progress reviews
• Regular contact with headquarters about store matters and HR-related topics

You are

• At least 1 year of experience as a retail manager (fashion is a plus)
• Strong commercial insight and customer-oriented
• Motivating leadership style and able to get the best out of your team
• Organizational talent, proactive and solution-oriented
• Stress-resistant and flexible, good at multitasking
• Good communication and social skills
• Affinity with fashion
• Available four to five days a week, including Saturdays
• Living in the Ghent area

Additionally, you are an important point of contact for the team and regularly coordinate with headquarters on store matters and HR-related topics.

• Daily management and leadership of the team
• Monitoring daily targets and identifying commercial opportunities
• Inventory management: checking incoming deliveries
• Assisting with schedule management
• Checking store presentation and cleanliness
• Taking charge in the absence of the Store Manager
• Regularly coordinating with headquarters on store matters and HR-related topics

You are

• At least 1 year of experience in retail, preferably with supervisory tasks
• Commercial and customer-oriented insight
• Solution-oriented, flexible, and stress-resistant
• Hands-on, organized, and strong in planning
• Good communication skills and quick to adapt
• Available at least 3 days a week, including Saturdays
• Affinity with fashion
• Living in the Ghent area

Your internship
You will assist with online marketing campaigns, social media, email marketing, content creation, and product launches. You will learn everything about using different channels to reach our customers optimally.

What you will learn & do

• Contribute to social media campaigns (TikTok, Meta, Pinterest, Snapchat)
• Support email marketing and online advertising
• Contribute to product launches and webshop optimization
• Write and improve SEO texts
• Brainstorm creative marketing ideas

You are

• A student in Marketing, Communication, E-commerce, or a similar field (MBO/HBO/WO)
