We currently ship to: EU (European Union), UK, USA, Canada, Australia, New Zealand, Mexico, United Arab Emirates and Norway. 

Standard shipping Netherlands costs €5.99. The delivery time is indicated per product on the product page. On average, the delivery time is 1-2 working days*, but some items have a longer delivery time, such as pre-order items. You will receive an email with a track & trace code, so you can keep track exactly when your order will be delivered!

Service point shipping Netherlands costs €5.49 and offers the possibility to have your package delivered at a service point.

Pre-orders: Attention! Are you ordering a Pre-order item? Then this is the delivery time for your entire order. Want to receive the other items earlier? Then place two separate orders.

Free shipping: From €100 you get free shipping.

*During busy periods, delivery time may be extended by a few days.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING TIME INSIDE EU: 3-7 DAYS 
Shipments within the EU take about 3-7 days to deliver. Please keep in mind that the shipping cost are higher if you order internationally. The costs will be displayed at the check out and include all taxes & duties.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING TIME OUTSIDE EU: 7-14 DAYS
Shipments outside of the EU take about 7-14 days to deliver. Please keep in mind that the shipping cost are higher if you order internationally. The costs will be displayed at the check out and exclude all taxes & duties.  We do not cover these extra costs. Please keep in mind that it is not possible to make a return when you live outside of the EU
