Your role

As Store Manager, you're ultimately responsible for the shop floor in Ghent. You make sure everything runs smoothly, employees stay motivated, and targets are met. What you'll do

• Lead the daily kickoff and manage the team on the shop floor
• Ensure the right level of service is delivered
• Stock management: check incoming deliveries
• Schedule management: create, adjust, and maintain staff schedules
• Analyze sales results and translate them into concrete actions
• Spot commercial opportunities on the floor and act on them right away
• Write off defects, maintain the B-choice list, and register staff dress
• Carry out spot checks and follow up on stock discrepancies
• Hold performance and progress conversations
• Stay in regular contact with headquarters on store matters and HR-related topics

You are

• At least 1 year of experience as a leader in retail (fashion experience is a plus)
• Strong commercial insight and customer-focused
