• General
      1. Meet Me There B. v is located at Singel 260, 1016AB in Amsterdam. Chamber of Commerce number 88323374, email address klantenservicemmt@gmail. com (“Meet Me There” or “we”).
      2. Meet Me There sells clothing, jewelery and accessories (the “Products”) through its webshop www. meet-me-there. nl (or any other website we operate, collectively the "Website") and through physical stores.
      3. These terms and conditions (including all documents referred to herein and any other special terms and conditions confirmed by us in writing, together the “Terms and Conditions”) apply to all offers of Meet Me There and all agreements between Meet Me There and the buyer (“Buyer” or “you”).
      4. Please read these Terms carefully before placing an order for Products on the Website. By placing an order you automatically agree to and are bound by these Terms. If you have any questions, please contact our Customer Service at customerservicemmt@gmail. com before placing an order.

  • Orders
      1. Everything Meet Me There offers on the Website or in its stores is without obligation and Meet Me There may adjust or withdraw the offer at any time.
      2. An agreement is concluded as soon as Meet Me There has confirmed your order in writing (by e-mail). If you have not received a confirmation within 24 hours of placing the order, please contact our Customer Service.
      3. Meet Me There may cancel a confirmed order before it ships, for example if it cannot obtain authorization for payment, if Meet Me There still owes you money, if the price is incorrect (in which case you order the Product at the correct price), if there are shipping restrictions for a particular Product, if the Product ordered is out of stock or does not meet our quality standards and is withdrawn. Meet Me There will inform you by email. If Meet Me There is unable to contact you, the order will be automatically cancelled.
      4. Meet Me There is not obliged to sell the Products for the price offered if the Buyer should understand that that price is not correct or contains a clear error.
      5. If Products are no longer available, whether or not after we have confirmed your order, we will let you know. You can choose to order another Product via our Website or cancel the order. Any payments made will be refunded upon cancellation.
      6. By placing an order, you confirm that the information provided by you is complete and correct; and that you are 16 years or older or otherwise have permission from your parent/guardian.
      7. If the Buyer accidentally received more Products than were ordered, the Buyer will notify Meet Me There by email and return the extra Products to Meet Me There at the expense of Meet Me There.

  • Prices and payment
      1. All prices are in Euros and include 21% VAT.
      2. Payment is made through the payment process on the Website. Klarna collects payment from Buyer. If the Buyer pays Klarna late, any additional costs incurred by Klarna will be borne by the Buyer. If the Buyer returns a Product to Meet Me There, it must first pay for the Product to Klarna and the amount paid will be refunded after acceptance of the returned Product by Meet Me There.
      3. You must be at least 18 years old to use Klarna. If the Buyer is under the age of 18, he/she must have parental or guardian consent.
      4. All credit and debit cardholders are subject to validation checks and authorization by the card issuer. If the card issuer refuses the payment, Meet Me There can refuse your order.
      5. Any shipping costs are stated on the Website and are for the Buyer's account.

  • Delivery, defects and liability
      1. Meet Me There delivers the Products to the shipping or delivery address specified by you in the order. The Products are deemed to have been delivered when they are accepted by or on behalf of you at the delivery address. If, despite our reasonable efforts, we are unable to deliver the Products to you and we are unable to contact you, we will cancel the order.
      2. Products that you collect from a Meet Me There store are deemed to have been delivered the moment you collect them there.
      3. We aim to deliver the Products within 3 - 5 working days after acceptance of the order. Delivery times are estimates and cannot be guaranteed. Meet Me There may also deliver orders in parts.
      4. If an order has been signed for, this means that the Product has been delivered to the Buyer. If the Buyer has nevertheless not received the Product, the burden of proof lies with the Buyer.
      5. We are legally obliged to deliver the Products in accordance with the agreement. You must check the Products for defects as soon as possible after delivery and preferably inform us of any defects in the Products within seven (7) days of delivery, so that we can, if necessary, bring a claim against the carrier. You must notify us as soon as possible, but in any case within thirty (30) days after you have received the Product, if the Product has any defects and send us photos of the defects. Defective Products can be returned as described in Article 5.
      6. We do our best to display the Products on the Website as accurately as possible. However, we cannot guarantee that the images of the Products are an accurate representation of the actual Products, due to, among other things, the technical differences in monitors or screens that you use. All specifications, drawings and data on measurements and dimensions are approximate only.
      7. Meet Me There's liability is limited to the obligations and product liability stated in these Terms. Any other liability of Meet Me There is expressly excluded, unless the damage is the result of intent or gross negligence on the part of Meet Me There.

  • Cancellation and Return Policy
      1. You may return Products ordered through the Website within thirty (30) days of receipt, regardless of the reason. You must request a return form via the Website and return the Products to us by post at your own expense and responsibility no later than fourteen (14) days after the return request. Online orders cannot be returned in store.
      2. During this thirty (30) day period, you will handle the Product with care and only unpack and possibly try it on to the extent necessary to determine whether you want to keep it. If you want to return a Product, this must be done in the original packaging, with the cards and all associated materials. The Product must also be unworn and in its original condition. If we receive the Product from you in a damaged condition, you will be liable for the damage to the Product and we will not pay compensation for the returned Product. If your order included a free product/gift, you must return it together with the Product to be returned.
      3. We are not responsible and/or liable for Products that you accidentally or incorrectly return to us. These Products will not be stored and will not be returned to you.
      4. After we have received your return request, we will refund the purchase price and the initial delivery costs (if applicable) as soon as possible, but in any case within fourteen (14) days.
      5. Via our return policy on the Website you can purchase a shipping label for the return shipment. The Buyer is responsible for the return shipment and bears the risk for the Product until it has been delivered to Meet Me There again. If the return shipment does not arrive at Meet Me There for any reason, the Buyer will have to arrange this with the sender.

  • Force majeure
      1. Meet Me There is not liable for any failure or delay in performance due to force majeure. Force majeure means any circumstance beyond the control of Meet Me There, such as, for example, strikes, lockouts or industrial disputes or disruptions, civil disturbances, acts of third parties, wars, riots, blockades, lightning strikes, fire, storm, flames, explosions, epidemics and pandemics and related regulations or government action, failure to obtain or maintain necessary permits or permits, and compliance with any law, government measure, regulation or directive, whether or not it is subsequently held to be invalid.
      2. In case of force majeure, Meet Me There will let you know as soon as reasonably possible. Both Meet Me There and you can dissolve the agreement if the situation of force majeure lasts longer than 21 (twenty-one) days. Meet Me There will then refund all payments already made for Products not yet delivered.

  • Account, personal data and privacy
      1. When placing an order for our Products, it may be necessary to create an account with Meet Me There. In order to open an account, you must provide certain personal data. You are responsible for the security and correct use of your password for your Meet Me There account. You must also keep this password confidential. If you believe your account is being misused, please contact our Customer Service immediately.
      2. Meet Me There will process your data in accordance with itsprivacy policy. Read the Privacy Policy carefully. By placing an order or using the Website, you agree to the storage and processing of your data and you confirm that the data you provide is correct and complete.
      3. By accepting these Terms you give us permission to send our newsletter and offers to you via email. You can always unsubscribe from our offers and our newsletter by clicking on the link in the relevant e-mail. Meet Me There can also stop sending offers or newsletters to you at any time on its own initiative.

  • Intellectual Property Rights
      1. All intellectual property rights in the Website, its content (including text, design, layout, images and videos), the Products, brands and trade names of Meet Me There are vested in Meet Me There.
      2. You may use the Website and the information provided on it for your own personal use (including printing and (digitally) storing it for later reference). Any other use (such as copying, redistributing or storing the content or any part thereof to another website, framing, hyperlinking or deep linking to another website) is not permitted without our express written permission.

  • Termination
  • Both Meet Me There and you can terminate the agreement (including rescission) if:

    1. suspension of payment or bankruptcy has been applied for with regard to the other party;
    2. suspension of payment or bankruptcy has been granted to the other party;
    3. the Natural Persons Debt Rescheduling Act applies to you; or
    4. the other party fails to fulfill its obligations under the agreement and has not remedied this failure within 14 (fourteen) days after being notified in writing.

  • Miscellaneous
      1. Meet Me There may change these Terms at any time. By placing an order you agree that the latest version of these Terms and Conditions will apply to your order.
      2. Any deviation from the terms of the agreement (including these Terms) must be in writing and signed by both parties.
      3. References to the term "in writing" include email unless otherwise stated.
      4. If any provision of these Terms is invalid or unenforceable, that provision will be replaced by a valid provision and the remaining provisions of these Terms will remain in effect.
      5. Failure to enforce any provision of these Terms is not a waiver, a waiver must always be made expressly and in writing.
      6. Any (general) terms and conditions of you and/or a third party are expressly rejected and do not apply to the agreement between Meet Me There and you.

  • Applicable law, competent court
      1. These Terms and Conditions, all agreements concluded between Meet Me There and the Buyer and all related disputes are governed by Dutch law. The conflict of law rules of Dutch private international law and the applicability of the United Nations Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods (Vienna Convention of 11 April 1980) are expressly excluded.
      2. If you live in the EU, the courts of Amsterdam (the Netherlands) will have exclusive jurisdiction in all disputes arising out of, or related to, these Terms and our agreement(s). If a consumer Buyer wishes to submit the dispute to another competent Dutch court, this consumer will inform Meet Me There in writing within one (1) month after Meet Me There has informed the consumer Buyer that it wishes to invoke this article, failing which the competent court of Amsterdam, the Netherlands, will have exclusive jurisdiction.
      3. If you reside outside the EU, any dispute arising out of or in connection with the Terms or any agreements entered into between Meet Me There and you shall be finally settled by arbitration in accordance with the Arbitration Rules of the Netherlands Arbitration Institute. The arbitration tribunal consists of one arbitrator. The place of arbitration is Amsterdam, the Netherlands. The language of the arbitral proceedings is Dutch, unless you prefer English. The dispute will be settled under Dutch law. This clause does not limit Meet Me There's right to bring proceedings against you in any other area, nor does it prevent Meet Me There from requesting a preliminary injunction from the competent court in Amsterdam, the Netherlands.
