You can exchange your unworn purchase with the receipt and tags in the store within 14 days for something else or your purchase amount get back. Without receipt You cannot return items. Please note! You can only return your store purchases to the store (location) where you purchased them. Online returns of store purchases are not possible.
If your purchase is broken due to a manufacturing defect, you can exchange it in store for the same product. You cannot do this in our online shop.
The retail price applies in the store, even if it differs from the price in our webshop.
It is not possible to return online purchases in one of our stores.
