If you entered a wrong address or would like to have it delivered somewhere else, please email our customer service team. We can make a change of address until your order is shipped.

We process incoming orders within minutes, this sometimes makes it impossible to still cancel the order. Please email our customer service as soon as possible after placing the order, and we can see what we can do for you.

Pre-orders have an average delivery time of 2 weeks, unless otherwise indicated. Does your order in addition to the pre-order include other items with a faster delivery time? Then the delivery time of your entire order is based on that of the pre-order. If you want to receive the other items sooner, you will have to order them separately from the pre-order

Our delivery time is 1-2 business days on average, depending on stock. Delivery time may for items in the sale or of the new collection be longer than average.

Yes, you can! You can return your order with us within 30 days of receipt. See the "return portal" page for more information.

Report your item(s) through our return portal on the website. It is not possible to return outside the return portal.

It is important to read through the complete return instructions. If you have applied all instructions correctly but are unable to log in, it may be because you entered a different email address than you used when you placed your order, or entered an incorrect order number. Please check the details again from your confirmation email. If it still does not work, you can always contact our customer service with a photo/screenshot of the error message.

Refund

Once we have received your return, you will receive an email from us about it. Returns are processed within 14 business days of receipt. After this it may take up to 14 business days for the refund to be issued, once the refund has been issued you will receive an email from us. After this, it may take several business days until the money is in your account.

A loan with Klarna is on own responsibility and is separate from our webshop. Returns are processed within 14 business days of receipt, which cannot be expedited due to approaching payment deadlines. Please keep this in mind so that you send the return on time if you want us to process it before you have to refund Klarna. If your return has not yet been processed and you do not yet want to pay the invoice, you can request an extension with Klarna. You can also pay the uncorrected invoice in advance, in which case the return amount will be credited to your account as soon as your return is processed.
Defects & Warranty

We check all items thoroughly, but unfortunately sometimes an item may be delivered defective. In this case, please send an email with a photo within 72 hours of receipt. We will then z.s.m help you. Please wait for answer from our customer service before returning the item or taking other steps.

We offer a 3-month warranty on all our products from the date of purchase. This covers manufacturing defects, but not damage due to misuse.
