For our store in Breda, we're looking for an enthusiastic Store Manager. You're a natural leader with an eye for detail, a feel for fashion, and strong organizational skills. With your leadership qualities, you make sure the store runs smoothly, employees stay motivated, and targets are met. You're ultimately responsible for the shop floor and deliver an optimal store experience and maximum results.

What you'll do:

• Lead the daily kickoff and manage the team on the floor
• Ensure the right level of service is delivered.
• Stock management: check incoming deliveries
• Schedule management: create, adjust, and maintain staff schedules
• Analyze sales results and translate them into concrete actions
• Spot commercial opportunities on the floor and act on them right away
• Write off defects, maintain the B-choice list, and register staff dress
• Carry out spot checks and follow up on stock discrepancies
• Hold performance and progress conversations
• Stay in regular contact with headquarters on store matters and HR-related topics

What you bring:

• At least 1 year of experience as a leader in retail (fashion experience is a plus)
• Strong commercial insight: you spot opportunities and know how to turn them into results
• A motivating leadership style: you bring out the best in your team
• Organizational talent and a proactive attitude
• Solution-oriented, able to handle pressure, and flexible
• You keep an overview, even during busy moments, and multitask well
• Good communication and social skills
• Customer-focused, with a clear affinity for fashion
• Available four or five days a week (five days is our preference)
• Available on Saturdays as standard
• Living in or around Breda

About Meet Me There
Meet Me There is a fast-growing fashion label with an ambitious, young team in Amsterdam. We do everything in-house: from online campaigns and content creation to designing our newest collections. As a Marketing Intern, you'll get the chance to learn a lot, take on responsibility, and make an impact.

Your internship
You'll help with online marketing campaigns, social media, email marketing, content creation, and product launches. You'll learn everything about using different channels to reach our customers effectively.

What you'll learn & do

• Contributing to social media campaigns (TikTok, Meta, Pinterest, Snapchat)
• Supporting email marketing and online advertising
• Contributing to product launches and webshop optimization
• Writing and improving SEO copy
• Contributing creative marketing ideas

You are

• A student of Marketing, Communication, E-commerce, or similar (vocational/bachelor's/university level)
• Proactive, creative, and analytical
• Independent and precise
• Strong in Dutch and English
• Interested in fashion and online trends
