We're sorry you're not satisfied! You can always return your order through our returns portal. This should within 30 days of receipt.

Read our return policy by before you start returning. Send only items that fully comply with our terms and conditions. Returned items cannot be be returned to the customer (even if they were returned to us by mistake). We always have the right to refuse returns that do not comply with our return policy.

RETURN PORTAL

Step 1: Enter your order number and the email address you used to place the order.

Step 2: Select the products you wish to return and the reason for return.

Step 3: Choose how you'd like to receive your refund. If you choose a gift card refund, we'll send you a free return label!

Step 4: Please check that all your contact details have been entered correctly.

Step 5: Select the return method and optionally choose insurance protection.

Step 6: Select a payment method and pay for the return label.

Step 7: Send the package with your return label to a parcel point near you.

RETURN POLICY

The costs of the return will be worn by the customer and will not be reimbursed by us.

Rates return shipment:
Netherlands: €7.35
Germany/Belgium: €8.99
International returns within the EU: €14.99

The above mentioned rates are the standard rates of the parcel companies.

The risk and responsibility for returning items (on time) always lies with the customer. We are also not responsible for lost or undelivered return packages.

All returned items must be in the same condition as when received. This means: the tag is still attached and there are no signs of wear.

When your If your return shipment has been received in good order, the purchase amount will be refunded to your account or processed by Klarna within 14 working days.

NOTE! Headgear, hairclips and jewelry may i.v.m hygiene cannot be returned.

PLEASE NOTE! Bikinis will only be accepted for return if the hygiene strip is still in the bikini bottoms. If this is no longer present, we reserve the right to reject the return.
