Sorry that you are not satisfied! You can always return your order through our returns portal. You must within 30 days of receipt.

Read our return policy through before you begin returning. Send only items that fully comply with our conditions. Returned items cannot be returned to the customer (even if returned to us by mistake). We always have the right to refuse returns if they do not comply with our return policy.

RETOURPORTAAL

Step 1: Enter your order number and email address you used to place the order.

Step 2: Select the products you want to return and the return reason.

Step 3: Choose how you would like to receive your refund. If you choose a refund via gift card, you will receive a free return label from us!

Step 4: Check that all your contact information is entered correctly.

StEP 5: Select the return method and choose insurance protection if necessary.

Step 6: Select a payment method and pay for the return label.

Step 7: Send the package with your return label to a parcel point near you.

The cost of returns is beared by the customer and will not be reimbursed by us.

PostNL (NL) pakket: €7.35
UPS Germany/Belgium returns: €8.99
International returns inside the EU: €14.99

The above rates are the standard rates of parcel companies.

The risk and responsibility for (timely) return always lies with the customer. We are also not responsible for non-arrived or lost return packages.

All items returned must be in the same condition as when received. This means: card to the item and no user marks.

Once your return is received in good order, the purchase price will be refunded to your account or processed at Klarna within 14 business days.

CAUTION! Headwear, hair clips and jewelry can i.v.m hygiene not be returned.

NOTE: Bikinis will only be accepted returns when the hygiene strip is still inside the bikini bottom. When this is not present we reserve the right to reject the return.
