Sorry you're not satisfied! You can always return your order to us. This must be done within 30 days of receipt.

Read the step-by-step plan completely before you start logging in.

Step 1: Open the link to the return portal and then continue with step 2:

Step 2: Leave out the # hash and the first digit of your order number to log in.

Step 3: Select the products you want to return. Please read our return policy carefully for information about the refund. Only send items that comply with our policies - rejected items cannot be returned to the customer.

Step 4:Choose and download the right shipping label that fits your package size (letterbox package or large package).

Step 5: Pack your products in their original packaging and stick the shipping label on the package. Then take it to a package point.

Step 6: Keep an eye on the status of your return via the portal (receipt data from your own track and trace codes are based on expectations and not accurate until delivery from distribution center). You will receive an email from us as soon as the amount has been refunded (or processed at Klarna). This always happens within 14 working days after receipt.

The processing is done via an automatic system. We ask you to wait patiently for this period.


The costs of return are borne by the customer and are not reimbursed by us.

We currently do not accept returns from outside of the EU (European Union).

These costs are based on the standard PostNL rates.

The risk for returns always lies with the customer. We cannot be held responsible for lost or missed return packages.

All items returned must be in the same condition as when received. This means: tag attached to the item and no signs of wear.

When your return has been received in good order, the purchase amount will be refunded to your account within 14 working days.

ATTENTION! Bikinis, headgear, hair clips and jewelry cannot be returned to us for hygiene reasons.

We always reserve the right to refuse returns if they do not meet the return conditions.
