RETURNING
Sorry to hear you are not satisfied! You can always return your order via our return portal. This must be done within 30 days of receiving your order.
Please read our return policy before starting your return. Only send items back that fully comply with our conditions. Returned items cannot be send back to the customer after have been shipped to us (even if they have been returned accidentally). We always have the right to refuse returns if they do not meet our return policy.

Step 1: Find your ordernumber in the confirmation email of your order and use it in the next step without the first two symbols (#2). Example: #2234566 becomes 23456.
Step 2: Press the button below to open the return portal and log in with your ordernumber (without #2) and the email address used while placing your order.
Step 3: Select the products you want to return.
Step 4: Decide which shipping label fits your items (letterbox package or large package). A label cannot be switched to something else afterwards. Buy the label and download it directly afterwards in the return portal.
Step 5: Pack your products in their original packaging, with labels attached to the products, and place the shipping label on the package. Bring your package to a shipping location.
Step 6: Keep an eye on the status of your return via the portal (tracking codes from the shipping company itself is not accurate). You will receive an email from us as soon as the amount has been refunded (or processed at Klarna). This always happens within 14 working days after we received your return.
The processing is done via an automatic system. We ask you to wait patiently for this period.
RETURN POLICY
The costs of return are borne by the customer and are not reimbursed by us.

PostNL letterbox package €4.95
International returns UPS EU (European Union) €14.95
These prices are the standard prices from the shipping companies.
We currently do not accept returns from outside of the EU (European Union).
The risk for returns always lies with the customer. We cannot be held responsible for lost or missed return packages.
All items returned must be in the same condition as when received. This means: tag attached to the item and no signs of wear.
When your return has been received in good order, the purchase amount will be refunded to your account within 14 working days.
ATTENTION! Bikinis, headgear, hair clips and jewelry cannot be returned to us for hygiene reasons.
We always reserve the right to refuse returns if they do not meet the return conditions.
