You can exchange your unworn purchase with the receipt and tags within 14 days in store for something else or refund your purchase price. Without receipt you cannot return items. Please note: You can only return your store purchases at the particular store (location) where you bought them. Online returning of store purchases is not possible.

If your purchase is broken due to a production error, you can exchange it in the store for the same product. You can not do this in our online shop.

The store price applies in the store, even if it differs from the price in our webshop.

It is not possible to return online purchases in one of our stores.
