What is the delivery time of my order?
Most items have a delivery time between 1-2 working days in the Netherlands. For international orders inside the EU the delivery time is usually between 3-7 days and for orders outside the EU between 7-14 days. Delivery may take longer during sales or for new collection items.

You will receive a live tracking code as soon as your order is on its way!

Can I return my order?
Yes, you can! You can return your order to us within 30 days of receipt. Check the "return portal" page for more information.

I have not received a confirmation email, what now?
Sometimes our email ends up in your spam. So check this one first. Don't you have an email here either? Then we may have an incorrect e-mail address. Mail customer service so they can help you further!

I entered my wrong address, what now?
Have you entered the wrong address or do you want to have it delivered somewhere else, then it is best to email us. We can make changes to your address until your order has been shipped.

I have received a defective item
We check all items carefully, but sometimes it can happen that an item is delivered defective. In this case, send an email with a photo within 72 hours of receipt. We will help you asap. Please do not start a return before we help you further.
